Quality healthcare is a fully licensed and bonded home healthcare agency founded in 1994. For nearly fifteen years we have been providing exceptional homecare services in the New York area. Every healthcare professional is exceptionally trained and has been screened and tested to ensure the highest level of service to our patients. We take pride in understanding the needs of each and every patient.

In addition to being trained to meet the physical needs of our clients, our employees are selected to meet the language, religious and cultural needs of the client as well. We strive to provide qualified and compassionate individuals with the special needs of the client in mind. Both our field staff and office staff represent various cultural and ethnic groups with command of numerous languages so that we can assist in making your transition to home care as easy as possible. Our Team:

Malca Fass, Administrator.

Mrs. Fass has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and has served as the administrator since its inception in 1994. Her leadership, guidance and commitment to every patient are the foundation of our success. She is a mother of 8 and an active volunteer at Maimonides Medical Center.

Shlomo Bistritzky, CEO

Mr. Bistritzky has been the CEO for the last 8 years. His expertise in managing and growing companies has propelled Quality Healthcare to the next level. He has established relationships with many medical facilities and organizations. He has implemented changes, upgrades and enhancements to the operations and quality of care. He is the father of 7 children and serves as a volunteer Paramedic for Hatzolah, the largest volunteer ambulance organization in the country.

Marjorie Bass, RN, MHA

Ms. Bass has been integrally involved in the Home Health Care Arena for 25 years. Her expertise in clinical care and delivery of patient services has assisted our clients in receiving exceptional services at home. She has served as an advocate at the State Level in Albany via several Home Care Organizations to ensure that home care services remain in tact and so that patients’ continue to have the access to services that will enable them to remain in the community for their care.

Ms. Bass is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University in their Health Professions Department.
